Ingredient focus

The right conversation starts with your grade.

Category coverage is an invitation to enquire, not confirmation of availability or suitability. Share the technical requirements that matter to your production.

Bovine or fish. Define Bloom strength, viscosity, mesh and intended application.

Gummies · softgels · food

Collagen peptides

Specify origin, molecular weight, solubility and sensory requirements.

Supplements · functional food

Pectin

Halal AND Kosher require separate verification per grade and site. Origin, documentation and import suitability must be reviewed; no blanket compliant sourcing claim is made for China or any other origin.

Enquiry pathway

From specification to a considered sourcing decision.

A human-reviewed pathway, subject to supplier engagement and written confirmation — not autonomous execution or an assurance of supply.

  1. 01

    Share your specification

Submit application, target grade, volume and destination through the official DigitalRenaio buyer intake.

  2. 02

    Technical assessment

Your requirements inform potential grade matching and requests for supporting documents. Any Halal and Kosher evidence needs product- and site-specific verification.

  3. 03

    Controlled supplier introduction

Any supplier introduction is subject to Founder review through the protected corporate workflow. Confidentiality terms, if needed, are agreed before disclosure.

  4. 04

    Nonbinding quotation

Where a suitable route is identified, request written grade, volume, Incoterm and lead-time terms. Samples and commercial arrangements require separate confirmation.

Document-first differentiation

Evidence before assumptions.

Use the enquiry to identify what your technical, quality and import teams need to assess. Document requests are not evidence of active certifications or completed supplier vetting.

Technical evidence

Request grade-specific specification, COA, SDS and allergen statements. Availability and currency must be confirmed with the relevant supplier.

Halal and Kosher: separate requirements

Halal: request Halal documentation for the exact product and manufacturing site, including the certifying body, scope and validity. Status is never assumed from a category or supplier.

Kosher: request Kosher documentation separately for the exact product and manufacturing site, including the certifying agency, scope and validity. A Halal document does not establish Kosher status, or the reverse.

Halal and Kosher are separate certification requirements. HK360 is not a certification body.

Importer responsibilities

The US FSVP importer remains responsible for applicable verification obligations. Buyers and their advisers must assess import and regulatory requirements for each grade and destination.

Trade & origin review

Review classification, origin, duties and trade remedies with your customs broker. China-origin xanthan can carry US antidumping exposure; no compliant supply route is presumed.

Final suitability, supplier selection and import decisions remain with the buyer and relevant advisers. This desk does not represent regulatory clearance or seller-of-record support.

Before you enquire

Clear expectations. Better enquiries.

Where do I submit my enquiry?

Use Request Spec-Matched Quote to open the official DigitalRenaio buyer intake. Your official enquiry is submitted securely via DigitalRenaio, not on this marketing page. The corporate intake provides its own data-handling information.

Are all listed grades Halal and Kosher?

No status is implied by a category listing. Halal and Kosher each require current evidence for the exact product and manufacturing site. Suitability must be assessed against your requirements.

Are suppliers already vetted?

This page does not claim a pre-vetted supplier network or active certifications. Any proposed match needs technical, documentary and commercial review before a buyer makes a sourcing decision.

What are the fees and confidentiality terms?

Any fees, representation arrangements and confidentiality terms must be confirmed in writing for the specific engagement. No blanket buyer-fee exemption or mandatory NDA is implied.

Can businesses in the USA, UK and Europe enquire?

Yes. This desk is focused on ingredient enquiries from the USA, UK and Europe. An enquiry is not confirmation of stock, supply, certification or shipment eligibility, and it is not an offer to supply or a statement of market approval; import suitability and commercial terms need review.

When will I receive a quotation?

Timing depends on the completeness of your specification, supplier engagement and document review. This page does not promise a response deadline or a quotation. Any indicative quotation is nonbinding.
